We understand it can be daunting when looking for a new video production agency and recognise that sometimes things may not go as planned. To make this decision easier we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services.
Therefore, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on your first Videography, Photography or Event Video Services project. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, we will simply refund your payment in full.
To be eligible for a refund, please follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your final video or photography edit* (after 2 rounds of agreed revisions within the project scope)
2. Provide specific details on why you are not satisfied with our services
3. Allow us the opportunity to make things right. We may offer to revise the work or provide additional services to address your concerns
If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund of your payment within 30 calendar days.
This offer only applies to new Clients on a single Videography, Photography or Event Video project and does not include any animation or documentary services provided by Ocean View Studios Ltd. Any additional expenses incurred by the Client, such as third-party fees, are non-refundable.
We hope that our money-back policy gives new Clients the confidence to try our services risk-free. We are committed to delivering exceptional video production services and ensuring Client satisfaction.
*Please note that any work delivered will be an edit version for review only. Any usage right under ‘Time-Unlimited License’ will only be transferred to you once the video is fully signed off by both parties and the full payment is cleared in our Ocean View Studios Ltd' bank account.
